COVID-19 TireHub Response – a message from the CEO

A Message from TireHub

The rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation means we are living in uncertain times. TireHub’s customers, Hubbers and communities are at the forefront of our minds, and our thoughts go out to everyone affected by COVID-19.

I want our dealers and retailers to know we remain committed to providing the premium products and best-in-class service that helps you put your customers on tires they’ll love.

Let me share how TireHub is adapting our operations and business to the new and rapidly changing reality.

We are monitoring developments across local, state and federal entities, as well as public health organizations, to see how businesses may be impacted. We have plans in place to adjust our delivery cadence to support any changes in our customers’ availability as well as maintain our service levels should an issue occur in one of our TireHub Logistics Centers (TLCs).

It is important to reiterate our focus on the wellbeing of our Hubbers and customers, along with our commitment to serving you.

  • All TLCs are open and will continue to serve customers unless or until a situation requires us to close a facility out of an abundance of caution. We have provided our TLCs with action plans to ensure personal safety and business continuity.

  • We are promoting recommended preventative actions and insisting our Hubbers take any signs of illness seriously, seek medical attention and not come to work if they are unwell.

  • We have implemented best practices to reduce the risk of exposure via our deliveries and will calls, including modifying our delivery signature procedures to maintain recommended social distances, limiting visitors to our facilities and ensuring Hubbers are checked for exposure and symptoms daily.

  • We have communication plans in place to keep Hubbers and customers aware of the evolving situation and TireHub’s subsequent responses.

These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, protect and support our Hubbers and ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customers.

Caring for you continues to be our top priority, and we are committed to making sure that we have the right tires available when you need them. Please be safe and healthy.
