Interview with Tish Burns – HR Business Partner
Tish Burns is an HR Business Partner with TireHub and has been a Hubber (TireHub employee) since day 1. She believes every Hubber is special and enjoys helping people every day.
How long have you been a Hubber (TireHub employee)?
I’ve been a Hubber since day 1.
How long have you been in the tire industry?
I started with Bridgestone in March of 2016, then moved to TireHub when it was formed.
Do you have a favorite TireHub memory?
Being part of opening a new TireHub Logistics Center (TLC) is special, and I have amazing memories from each one. I absolutely love introducing TireHub to new markets, and interviewing future Hubbers. During the TLC opening in Tulsa, I was able to be part of helping the community as part of our opening as well.
How is TireHub different?
I have worked for companies that work diligently to take care of their customers, but TireHub also takes care of their own Hubbers with that same intensity. I know without a doubt that TireHub cares about me.
How would you describe life as a Hubber?
Life as a Hubber is exciting, challenging, motivating, and humbling!
What does Elevating the Hubber Experience mean to you?
Elevating the Hubber Experience means identifying areas where improvements can be made and acting on them. We listen to Hubbers to hear what we can do to make things better and we strive to make those improvements.
What does Elevating Customer Experience mean to you?
Elevating the Customer Experience means that we must work hard every day to keep our customer’s needs in mind. We differentiate ourselves by finding the things that our competition does not or will not do. To elevate customers, we must be willing to meet them where they are and never stop asking questions and learning about their needs.
What would you deem your greatest success since starting with TireHub?
It is hard to select a greatest success because I work with Hubbers every day and each one is special. Every time I’m able to help someone, I sincerely consider that a success.
