ATLANTA – September 24, 2019 – TireHub, the national tire distributor cofounded by Bridgestone Americas Inc. (Bridgestone) and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear), today announced that the company plans to open two additional TireHub Logistics Centers (TLCs) in the fourth quarter of the year. The centers will be located in Lakeville, Minn., and Columbia, SC, both new markets for TireHub. Opening dates for each TLC will be announced in the future.

“Lakeville represents a significant opportunity for TireHub,” said Peter Gibbons, CEO, TireHub. “This facility will service the broader Minneapolis area, and we have many existing customers with a footprint in that market. Adding a TLC here allows us to strengthen those relationships, as well as partner with more dealers and retailers to help grow their business.”

Gibbons continues, “In Columbia, we have customers who are currently served by TLCs in neighboring markets. Establishing a presence here allows us to meet their needs with more frequent deliveries and exceptional personalized service. It also offers us an opportunity to reach more customers throughout South Carolina with increased deliveries.”
